| Why have I been billed
3-days in a row?
If your Trafficology Subscription
fee was declined, in order to prevent the unwanted
cancellation of your account, we will automatically
attempt to re-bill you for each of the next 3 days.
Some banks place a hold on all
transactions, even if they are declined. If
your bank does this, each of the declined
transactions will appear on your bank statement.
Since the charges were declined,
they will automatically drop off your statement
within 48-72 banking hours.
This is an issue with
your bank and there is nothing we can do.
If it has already been 72 business
hours and the charges still appear on your
statement, please fill out this form and I'll
investigate it further.
